CHILDLINE is a 24×7 National toll free emergency telephone outreach service no 1098 for children in need of care and protection. Child India Foundation has been providing support for the project child line under Ministry of Women and Child development Govt. of India and linking to various services with the help of all allied departments of Government, NGOs and corporate sectors.ARM as a partner of CIF managing the CHILDLINE Balasore Sub centreBaliapal and covering six Blocks namely Baliapal, Basta, Jaleswar and Bhogarai,Sadar and Remuna with these functions below:

  • Respond to the calls

  • Coordinating the rescue

  • Ensure proper documentation of all children rescued to facilitate their rehabilitation and restoration

  • Produce the child before Child Welfare Committee.

  • Provide data related to children rescued and rehabilitated for compilation of national comprehensive data base on child protection.

  • Supporting national child tracking system.

  • Generate awareness on child helpline Number.

  • Documentation, Awareness and advocacy on issues related to Childline.
